Experience The Peak School
Schedule a Shadow Day!

Let your child experience a day at Peak - real classes, real students, real learning.
A Shadow Day is the best way to see whether Peak is the right fit for your family.

What is a Shadow Day?

A Shadow Day gives prospective students the chance to step into life at Peak for a full school day. Rather than touring from the sidelines, your child will:

  • Attend real classes alongside current students

  • Experience Peak’s unique schedule and learning model

  • Meet the teachers

  • Get a feel for the culture, pace, and expectations of the school

There’s no pressure and no commitment, just an authentic look at what learning at Peak is really like.

“I started Peak in 7th grade. At first, I really didn't want to go, because I was nervous. But, after my Shadow Day, I realized it was a school full of an incredible community, challenging academics, and great people that would help me achieve my aspirations.”

— Lauren, Class of 2027

Why Families Choose Peak

Families exploring Peak are often looking for a school designed to support how students learn and live. Peak serves a wide range of learners - students who thrive in small classes, athletes balancing rigorous training schedules, and those seeking a more personalized academic experience.

At Peak, students benefit from:

  • Engaged, discussion-based classes that challenge students to think deeply

  • Strong relationships between students and faculty

  • Flexible, intentional scheduling that supports focus and balance

  • Real-world learning opportunities, including internships, projects, and mentorships

  • A supportive community where students feel known, challenged, and supported

A Shadow Day allows your child to experience these differences firsthand.

What Your Child Will Experience

We know trying a new school can feel intimidating. Shadow Days are designed to be welcoming, supportive, and low-stress.

Your child will:

  • Be paired with a current student host

  • Participate at their comfort level - just listening is okay

  • Experience the rhythm of a typical Peak school day

  • Have time to ask questions and reflect

There’s no expectation to apply after a Shadow Day. It’s simply a chance to learn more.
